Installment Terms and Conditions

• To apply for an installment request, the user should select the Installments option from the Payment Methods on the Check Out page
• The user is not allowed to use any other payment method combination if Installments is selected.
• Upon selecting the Installments Payment Method, the user has to enter the application details requested by Money SAL
• After finalizing the form and uploading the requested documents , the user has to select the installment period.
• The submission details will be shared directly with Money SAL for review
• To be eligible, the user must be a fixed Lebanese employee with a monthly income of 700$ or more
• The user must be employed for more than 12 months and should have the salary domiciliated or is enrolled in NSSF
• Minimum order amount to qualify for installment is 300$
• Maximum order amount allowed for installments is 6000$
• Approval and rejection of the installment request is at the sole discretion  of Money SAL and at its responsibility and is not in any way influenced by HiCart
• For follow ups on the installments request status please contact Money SAL directly on (01643811) for HiCart doesn’t have any status record of the application
• Money SAL will require between 2 hours to 2 days to approve or reject the application
• The customer will be notified directly upon the approval or rejection of the application
• Upon approval, the request will be converted directly to an order while notifying the user with the delivery date

• In case of approval, there might be some conditions that might block the order from processing at HiCart:
• If the price of any items in the order has changed since the request was initiated
• If any of the items in the order are out of stock

• If either of the above conditions is applied then the customer will need to contact Money SAL to either:

• Continue with the application after which this amount will be put to the customer’s wallet balance to use in different orders for a period of two days. After these two days and in case the amount wasn’t used, the application will be cancelled.
• Cancel the application request

• Money SAL will have the right at any time to contact the customer and/or their employer on the supplied phone number to request further information.
• Abiding by BDL regulations, Money SAL preserves its right of not sharing the reason of application rejection.
